Punit has named his club absolutely correct - PURE CALISTHENICS just like his training. I have been on a lookout for a good trainer who would observe my strengths and weaknesses to train me better than the typical ones which are in the market. When trainers have lot of people to train even in personal training then the focus is not 100% and that’s not the case with Punit, he trains every individual differently. This is possible because he studies his student and does some trials to tap their capabilities and then works around to make them fit. Most importantly he is eager and curious to learn more and to train more. Cheers.

Gym is not only about weights! That's something I realized when I trained with them. You might too. Here's what you need: Results ✔️ Right Attitude ✔️ Trainers hardworking ✔️ Overall it's better doing CrossFit than doing gym. But for Crossfit, you need a proper trainer which I have got one.

I was really lucky ...punit bhai agreed to train me considering his busy schedule...i knew he is very skillful and knowledgeable because i had seen him train other students...but the thing i like the most about him is he helps you find that hidden motivation within yourself ...and helps you to raise the bar...always ...as he says there is always scope for improvement...so yeah he is really good period...you just need to approach him be hardworking value his patience time and energy and you will reach great heights in terms of what your goals are...so anybody out there who wants to learn the art of calisthenics...punit sir is the man you should look out for...i highly recommend him ....
