His Journey in his words

I started calisthenics after watching LAZARNOVOVIC from (The BAR BROTHERS) these guys were amazing & they inspired me to learn about calisthenics. I wanted to train like them, one day I went to the local park and found some bars and that is where my journey started. When I was a beginner I couldn't even do a pull-up but I never gave up, I just kept practicing every single day by following their YouTube videos & after some days I met Anil & Pratyush who were already into calisthenics...we used to workout together helping each other and kept growing. Now it has been 4 and a half years and this calisthenics journey has changed my life not only physically but also mentally. I’m glad that I’m helping people to live a better and healthy life through calisthenics, I have achieved a lot through this journey but I feel like it’s just a beginning, there is a lot more to learn so I’ll just keep it going for the rest of my life. I will be forever thankful for all the discipline, self-motivation and mindset I developed because of BAR BROTHERS and the people around me also big ups to all my Indian Calisthenics Athletes.

Future Goals in Calisthenics

My future goal is to hit big numbers in strength and endurance like 50 pull-ups in a row and 30 muscle-ups and also master all the static skills.

Words of Wisdom for Beginners.

Focus on basics like push-ups, dips, pull-ups, leg raises, squats...these will help you progress later on to harder skills like muscle-ups and levers, don’t rush to levers and muscle ups if your not even able to do a proper pull up. So set some realistic goals & make sure you plan your workouts and stick to it. Also, it’s okay to take a day off & not work according to your plan always listen to your body, have patience, and trust the process you’ll get there.
