If you would ask me about the most complete calisthenics athlete of India, I would undoubtedly name Kritarth Chauhan. "The Most Complete Athlete" because he simply dominates the calisthenics game like non other. The man has immense strength lifts, with clean looking freestyle flow with assuring dynamics & eye-poping statics. And if that isn't it his bodyweight control & endurance is on another lever. He has a video on his Youtube channel with 39 bodyweight pullups. He is the only Indian to complete the requirements of Raw Team (https://raw.pavelpo.cz/team). He is simply a human with in-human strength. Kritarth is definitely an athlete to look for in the calisthenics game. Check-out his calisthenics profile here.

His Journey in His Words
I was a timid kid from beginning when it came to participating in sports, events or assemblies in school. My dad always encouraged me to try out different sports, I have spent my young years most prominently in skating and then badminton which I almost took as a career choice. These really helped me become more confident and love the competitive spirit of sports.
Then in 2013 I discovered calisthenics through a YouTube video (Adam Raw), and instantly knew this is what I want to learn making a decision impulsively. As few years went, I realized how this sport was at very early stage worldwide and almost non-existent in India, which fuelled me even more and filled me with a sense of responsibility to inspire other youngsters into this beautiful sport and way of fitness.
All my knowledge comes from my own experience, internet and my team Alphapack. Calisthenics has shaped my personality, confidence and habits in a way no other sport would have.
