His Journey in his words
I have always been inclined towards sports & physical activity from the very start of my life. I used to love jumping, running, monkeying on the bars, climbing walls, and stuff. I learned about calisthenics when I first saw Frank Medrano's video. His skills looked easy but when I tried I couldn't do any of them. This is when I started learning more, practicing and understood about calisthenics. I workout for myself and I love what I do. It has been 6 years that I am practicing calisthenics and this sport will stay with me for the rest of my life.
Future Goals in Calisthenics
I want to master every muscle of my body and get complete control over my body weight. It includes all the calisthenics skills and feats of strength. With that I aim to bring the community together by the means my brand called Pure Calisthenics and want to redefine health & fitness for India.

Words of Wisdom for Beginners.
1) Focus on getting better, stronger, more efficient. Don't do it for the skills or body shape, do it for challenging and improving yourself as a person.
2) Every workout should be planned and should have a direction. It should take you closer to any goal.
3) Have a mentor, coach, dependable source of experience when starting out.
4) Master only the basics, advanced skills will follow.
5) Calisthenics Mastery is all about body awareness, you should be able to control every muscle in your body. Give importance to rest days and listen to your body.
