His Journey in his words :

I have always been inclined towards sports and fitness from the very start of my life. I used to love running, jumping, etc sporty stuff. I learned about calisthenics when I saw Michael Vazquez's freestyle push-ups and handstand stuff. He motivated me to start my calisthenics journey. It was very hard, in the beginning, it has almost been 3 years and, I'm happy with my level. I love what I do.



Future Goals in Calisthenics :

Want to master one arm Pullup and 25 kg Muscle-up.

In the beginning, don't focus on how your physique looks, focus on clean movements, stick to basics like pullups, push-ups, dips ).

Improve yourself every week, program your workout plan so you can track your progress. Don't overtrain yourself.
