I was a 47kg skinny low confident guy, someone who just wanted make a change. One day, I came across old school calisthenics athletes like Hannibal for King , Zef Zakavali, Akeem Supreme etc. and I got super impressed by their strength, endurance and body. I decided to learn calisthenics and fell in love with it. That one more rep, the pain during workout and soreness after were pleasurable for me, a year and a half later that 47kg skinny guy turned into 63kg lean fit guy. Calisthenics is now my way of life not just some short term goal, it gives me peace and happiness and keeps me in a position to give something back to people by helping them to achieve there dreams.
